Returns Policy

• Faulty or Incorrectly Shipped Goods: If you receive a faulty or incorrectly shipped product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition.


• Decorated Garments: We do not accept decorated or cord-changed garments for return.
  
  
• Unwanted Goods: You can return unwanted goods within 30 days of purchase, but a restocking charge of 20% will be applied, and you will have to get the goods back to us at your own expense.
  
  
• Clearance Items: Please note that clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
  
• Sample Pack Garments: Sample pack garments can only be exchanged in the event of a fault.
